All prices on this website are in euros, inclusive of VAT. The price of the product is also stated on the order you view online, and on the invoice sent to your e-mail address after the purchase of a product. If we find an error in the price of the product you have ordered or in the delivery costs, we will inform you immediately and offer you the option to confirm the order at the correct price, or to cancel the order. If you choose to cancel, we will refund the amount debited from your account for the product.
6. Order Acceptance
You may place an order if you are an adult of 18 years or older. All orders must be placed online. After adding a product to the shopping cart, you will be asked to choose a shipping method, enter your delivery address, as well as billing and payment information. Before confirming your order, you will have the opportunity to review the products, the price, the shipping costs, as well as the billing and delivery address.
After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. All orders are subject to the availability of the products at the time of dispatch; we may therefore contact you in the event that an ordered product is out of stock. We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason.

Although Samdam Retail is the seller of the products on the website, payment is processed by Ingenoco, so you will be redirected to their payment page after placing an order if you choose to pay online.

11. Warranty
For consumers, the legal guarantee of conformity of goods applies. This warranty covers only a lack of conformity that already exists at the time of delivery. The seller undertakes to replace or repair the non-conforming item free of charge. The seller reserves the right to exchange the item if the costs of repair are disproportionate or if repair is impossible. Defects that manifest themselves after a period of 10 days following delivery are presumed not to have been present at the time of delivery, unless the customer proves otherwise. 11.1 Samsonite Warranty
Samsonite products are carefully tested to ensure that the travel products you rely on meet the strictest standards. If a problem occurs with this Samsonite product (the "Product") and if the problem is attributable to manufacturing defects related to the material or manufacture of the product, Samsonite will repair or replace the Product at its sole discretion, in accordance with the general warranty terms described below. The warranty described below applies only to the original purchaser of the Product or the person who initially received this Product as a gift, and for a period starting from the date on which this product was purchased. The period and the designation of the product to which the warranty applies can be found in the warranty documentation provided with the Product or in the product information on our website. Electrical and electronic components, connections, cables, adapters and batteries are not covered by the warranties described herein. These cover only manufacturing defects and not damage caused by incorrect or unreasonable use, negligence, accidents, wear and tear, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear, or transport damage (for example by airlines). Superficial aesthetic damage such as scratches, dents, stains, colour changes or other non-functional changes in the appearance of the Product are also excluded. If your Product is damaged during transport, file a complaint with the transport company at the place of arrival, if possible before the customs clearance procedure. Maintenance or repairs to your Product not covered by the warranty may be carried out by any company, but Samsonite requires that you use only an authorised Samsonite Service Centre for repairs under warranty. In the event of incorrect maintenance or improperly performed repairs, this warranty becomes void. This warranty is worldwide, and you can have your Product repaired at any Service Centre around the world. However, you are responsible for all costs of sending the Product to such a Service Centre, including but not limited to packaging, shipping and applicable taxes. For warranty service at a Service Centre, you will need the properly completed warranty certificate or the original proof of purchase. The Service Centre will determine whether the problem is or is not covered by the Samsonite warranty. If the warranty applies, you will be notified of whether the Product will be repaired or replaced. Such repair or replacement is carried out at Samsonite's expense, including any costs required to return the repaired or replaced product to you. If the Product needs to be replaced and that Product is no longer available, Samsonite will provide you with a Product of comparable value. Incidental and consequential damages are expressly disclaimed. Labour hours and damages attributable to work carried out by anyone other than a Service Centre are not covered by this warranty. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties are hereby excluded. The warranty described herein is limited to the value of the Product. Manufacturing specifications may be changed without prior notice. Product locks are intended only to prevent the Product from accidentally opening and cannot necessarily prevent theft of the Product or its contents, or breakage or opening by airline or airport personnel or government authorities. Inspect your Product immediately after it has been handled by someone other than yourself. This warranty is intended to give you specific legal rights. In addition to the rights described herein, you may also have other rights, varying from state to state or country to country, regarding the exclusion or application of implied warranties, consequential and incidental damages, and repair and replacement. Consequently, the limitations or exclusions specifically mentioned in this warranty may not apply to you. In the European Union, you are legally entitled to free remedies from the seller in the event of lack of conformity of the goods, and those remedies are not affected by this commercial warranty. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the company and their respective managers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, employees and dealers from and against all claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from the use of samdamretail.be.

By visiting samdamretail.be and/or arijs.be, you agree that the law of Belgium governs these General Terms and Conditions, and any disputes that may arise between you and the company with respect to this website or your use of this website. You agree that in the event of a dispute regarding the use of the website, electronic evidence (backups, e-mails, etc.) may be used as valid evidence. If any of the General Terms and Conditions are declared null and void or inapplicable, the other conditions will remain valid and the nullified part will continue to apply within the limits set by law.
