Return in 3 Steps
Step 1 – Register Your Return
Send an email to info@arijs.be including your name, order number, and the item you wish to return.
Step 2 – Pack Your Item
If possible, place the item in its original packaging and make sure it is properly protected for transport.
Tip: If possible, reuse the original shipping box.
Step 3 – Ship Your Return

Return Conditions
To process your return, we ask that:
• the item is unused
• the item is undamaged
• the item is in its original condition
• the item is, if possible, in its original packaging
Items that are soiled or damaged may be refused or subject to a reduction in refund value.
Return Costs
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Exchanges are free of charge in any of our stores in Aalst, Mechelen or Nivelles.
• In the event of a warranty claim or an incorrect delivery, we will of course cover the shipping costs.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original order.
