When will I receive my order?

When items are in stock, your order is typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible about the expected delivery time.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes. When logged into your account, you can easily update your delivery address or add a new address in your account settings.

During checkout, you can then select your preferred delivery address.

Yes, you can collect your order from our stores in Aalst or Mechelen and pay in cash on collection.

If the repair is covered under warranty or can be carried out free of charge, no repair costs will be charged.

Can I order an item that is not listed on the website?
