What happens if I am not at home during delivery?
If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the carrier will usually make another delivery attempt or leave the parcel at a nearby collection point. You will receive a notification from the carrier.
What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
We carefully pack every order. However, if your suitcase arrives damaged during transport, please contact us as soon as possible at info@arijs.be.
If possible, please include photos of the damage and the packaging. This allows us to assess the issue quickly and work with you to find a suitable solution.
We recommend reporting any transport damage within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
